How to use the Projects?
Projects in the Procurimo app, are a basic breakdown of data collected by the system. Eg. if you are using Procurimo for organization purchases, you my divide purchases by company unit - marketing, customer service, etc. In that case company unit will be the project eg. "Marketing"
If you are organizing stock purchases eg. for eCommerce, creating a separate project can be useful. Then the name of the project can the name of the web domain of eCommerce - "Domain name"
Each user from your team using Procurimo needs to choose a project during purchasing request adding.
It's up to you how will you use the projects section but remember that this breakdown will help in clear collecting and analyzing the data.
